Hi, friend! I’m Alicia “ACE” Easter —a wellness practitioner, speaker, and the Founder of ACE Enterprises LLC and ACE Yoga LA.
For nearly two decades, movement has been my medicine—and my message.
My work blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, and soulful strategy to help people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect to themselves, and remember what peace feels like in real life. Whether I’m guiding a class, leading a workshop, or holding space 1:1, my intention is always the same: to create room to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
