This was inspired seven years ago after ACE realized she was ready to do Mother’s Day differently. After losing her own mom, Cynthia, 21yrs ago ACE knew this profound loss was not to be held in vain. She loves this workshop AND what it represents…we all hold mother energy inside of us and having a sacred space to be honored is a dream come true.

Join ACE and Bree for this 2-hr experience of meditation, active breathwork, and journaling as we learn to cultivate an inner sense of joy. Active breathwork is a technique designed to release suppressed emotional tension in the body which will clear the space for us to soften into the lightness of being. Inquire, release, and drop into the heart! Meditation is about training awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. As a thank you to all our supporters and the pancreatic cancer community, we are honored to host Alicia as she guides a Soul Liberation Heart-Flow yoga session followed by I Am Love meditation.

I started this workshop as a means of healing my own grief, after losing my mama 18 years ago. I felt compelled to hold this space for others who have lost their mom, those who may have an interesting relationship with their mom, and/or are unable to see their mom on Mother's Day. And/ or-- if your Mom can join us-- since this is virtual-- (YAY!), mom energy is always lovely! This is a safe space and a workshop where all are welcomed.
