Journey with me as I arrange my life to be centered in an unconditional love of self, cutting cords, and soul-feed relationships. To love yourself, first, might feel like a rebellion but it’s quite the opposite. When we love ourselves, authentically and without conditions, the easier it becomes to attract the same kind of love from every aspect of our lives. This self-love is a journey, not a destination, as a lot of what we’ve learned about love may not serve us anymore. Let’s let that go, yeah?! This is a journey in all arenas of love; unconditional love in friendships, work, family, and partnerships of all kind. We will go through keeping your boundaries clear while still loving yourself unconditionally.

We’ll start the evening with a brief chat about love, what it means to us, and explore what type of conditions we may unknowingly be placing on ourselves.
