Power Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where movement is fluid from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. Unwind from your day and unroll on your mat for an invigorating full-body flow while you explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa Yoga. Excellent class for the beginner yogi and the advanced. Be prepared to sweat a little. The class is warmed to an average of 85 degrees.

Hot Vinyasa Flow is a powerful, strong, and fast-paced Flow.  Strengthen and create flexibility as you connect breath to movement  as you flow through each posture. Recommend for those familiar with yoga. Be prepared to sweat as this class is heated on average 99 degrees. 


YOGA BASICS: Perfect for total yoga beginners, people recovering from injury, and those looking to deepen their knowledge of safe alignment, this class will take you through the basic poses of yoga at a relaxed pace. Expect a nice BALANCE of stretching and strengthening and guidance into using mindful awareness of your body to find the alignment that is right for you. Be prepared to sweat as this class is heated on average 85 degrees.

KINSHIP HOT: At Kinship we strive to offer a wonderful balance of form, function and flow. Set in a heated room that allows your muscles to become pliable, you move through a carefully curated set of postures to help bring you to your best Self. A small yoga towel is complementary and useful. This class is HOT! Typically heated on average 100 degrees…come sweat with us!
