Power Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where movement is fluid from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. Unwind from your day and unroll on your mat for an invigorating full-body flow while you explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa Yoga. Excellent class for the beginner yogi and the advanced. Be prepared to sweat a little. The class is warmed to an average of 85 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa Flow is a powerful, strong, and fast-paced Flow. Strengthen and create flexibility as you connnect breath to movement as you flow through each posture. Recommend for those familiar with yoga. Be prepared to sweat as this class is heated on average 99 degrees.
Hot Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the chest, shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness through long held postures with the use of props. Hot Yin Yoga compliments a more active (Yang) practice because it improves flexibility, ease and balance. Heated to 100 degrees.
